A report has warned that concerns among health chiefs are rising that poor standard housing is leading to a growing cost on the health service, with hundreds of complaints over mould and damp in social houses logged to watchdogs in the past year. The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales says the situation “cannot continue”. Chris Betteley reports.
