Coleg Ceredigion catering student Ella Clements has secured an exceptional position as an interior stewardess aboard a luxury yacht in Monaco, France.
Her role involves providing fine dining service for a prestigious owner and their guests while maintaining the yacht’s interior to a five-star standard.
Ella’s determination and entrepreneurial spirit were crucial in achieving this opportunity. She spent time “dockwalking” in the French Riviera, visiting multiple ports in search of job opportunities. Her persistence paid off when the yacht’s crew recognised her potential and offered her a position.
During her time in Monaco, Ella has gained invaluable experience, including serving distinguished guests such as Prince Albert II of Monaco and other high-profile figures.
