A man has been fined by magistrates for stealing alcohol from an Aberystwyth supermarket.
Ben Uzzell, of no fixed abode, appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on 22 August.
The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing £34 worth of alcohol from Aberystwyth’s Tesco store on 20 July.
He also admitted a charge of using threatening or abusive behaviour towards Amy Wyver on the same day.
Uzzell was fined £160 and must pay compensation.
He must also pay £85 costs and a £64 surcharge.
