A 77-year-old Cwm Cou man has been fined and handed a restraining order for the racial harassment of another man.
Mathew Edmonds, of Dinas Ceri, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 9 October.
Edmonds admitted racially harassing Anthony Lomax in Cwm Cou on 23 May this year.
Magistrates fined Edmonds £169 and made him the subject of a restraining order.
Edmonds must also pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 as well as a surcharge to fund victim services of £45.
