The top two teams in the Dolgellau & District Pool League, Torrent Hustlers and Min y Môr, clashed at the Cross Keys on Sunday, the outcome being a 6-6 draw.
It stood at five frames each as Simon Shewring won three times for the visitors. The Torrent took the lead with an eight-ball clearance by their captain, Dion Jones, his second of the season.
However, Gareth Evans evened things up winning the final game for Min y Môr.
At Garthangharad, Llwyngwril, the hosts beat Fairbourne Golf 9-3. Sion Wilkes won his three games for Garth.
In the derby match in Barmouth, Royal A defeated Royal B by 10 frames to 2, Bobby Griffith and Luke Hills both winning three games each for the Royal A, who move up to third.
Torrent Hustlers are still top, but Min y Môr and Royal A, in second and third, both have a game in hand.
