Llinos Thomas from Llanfair Clydogau represented Wales in the British Internationals Darts Championships recently.

The three nations of Wales, Scotland and England battled it out over three days, with Wales hosting the tournament in Merthyr Tydfil.

Unfortunately it wasn’t to be for the Welsh girls with England eventually taking the trophy.

Llinos, 17, secured her Welsh place through her County Youth average scores whilst playing for West Wales County Youth Squad in 2019/20.

The tournament had been postponed until this year due to Covid.

Llinos currently represents Glamorgan County Youth, playing in the Southern Counties Division with fixtures against Gwent, Devon and Cornwall.

She is also a member of Lampeter’s Bedlam Junior Darts Academy as well as the Castle Green Ladies team who play in Lampeter Town Darts League.
