Magpies grounded by late strike at Cae Piod

Bow Street 2 Cefn Albion 2

Ardal North East

BOW Street will feel that this was two points dropped after playing the last 30 minutes against 10 men and taking the lead halfway through the second half.

Cefn nydged ahead after just four minutes when Kien Morris slotted the ball past home keeper Ben Willis.

A tasty first half as Cae Piod provided plenty of entertainment with the Magpies getting back on level terms five minutes before the break, Tomos Wyn Roberts with the finish after good work by Ryan Evans.

Visiting keeper Joshua Roberts was red carded on the hour and the home side made their numerical advantage count with a Sion Ewart goal on 69 minutes.

But the 10 men drew level with 12 minutes to go through Callum Mannion and held on gamely to the point.
