THE ORGANISERS of Pwllheli’s first ever Colour Run are urging locals to sign up and take part in event.

The charity 5k run takes place on Sunday, 8 May and starts off from the beach near Plas Heli at Glan y Don and will take runners towards the Abererch Sands beach and then back to complete the distance with plenty of fun and a certainty that you will get messy.

The event will be raising money for the St David’s Hospice.

Sioned Williams Development Officer for St David’s Hospice said: “I’m really looking forward to the first ever Pwllheli Colour Run and would like to thank everybody for their support especially Gwynedd Council and Plas Heli.

"I really hope the day will be a great success and one of great fun for everybody concerned and a positive one for the local area by attracting people to the area and the same time raising money for a worthy cause."
