Following the cancellation of Aberarth’s open gardens event, residents have decided to add a little bit of colour to their village during the lockdown.
Organisers of the annual event, which attracts visitors from all over the area, are encouraging people to make sunflowers, or grow them, to display around the village.
Sunflower seeds have been distributed to houses in the village for people to grow.
Their hope is that by the time they usually flower in August, normal life might be returning to the village and to Ceredigion.
