Members of Pwllheli town Council have been busy, putting up flags around the Maes area of the town to welcome visitors and locals.
The flags are a colourful addition to the small market town.
Anybody who lives in Pwllheli or travels into it would have noticed that for many years Wales flags have flown all over the town, but from now onwards it will not only be the Wales flags people will see, but also the new flags which have the word ‘welcome’ printed on them in a number of different languages.
It’s hoped that the flags will be left out until the end of October if the weather permits, and will be kept safe over the winter months before being put up again ready for Easter each year.
