A Gwynedd takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating, the Food Standards Agency website shows.

Caernarfon Kebab And Burger House, a takeaway at Caernarfon Kebabs 19 Y Bont Bridd in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, was given the score following an assessment of the premises on 21 June.

This new rating means that, out of Gwynedd's 131 takeaways with ratings, 109 (83 per cent) have ratings of five, and none have zero ratings.

The food hygiene rating is not a guide to food quality.
