Gwynedd’s Bywn’ Iach centres will support Restart A Heart Day on 16 October with free CPR and defibrillator demonstration sessions.

They are at Caernarfon on 16 October (10am-11am) and 17 October (7pm-8pm), Bangor on 16 October (7pm-8pm) and 17 October (10am-11am), Tywyn on 16 October (7.30pm-8.30pm), Bro Ffestiniog, 15 October (11.30am-12.30am and 6.30pm-7.30pm), Pwllheli on 16 October (6.30pm-7.30pm) and 18 October (10.30am-11.30am), Dolgellau on 18 October (10am-11am and 5pm-6pm), Porthmadog on 17 October (7pm-8pm) and 20 October (12pm-1pm), Barmouth on 14 October (11am-12pm and 5pm-6pm), Bala on 15 October (5.30pm-6.30pm) and 16 October (11.30am-12.30pm), Penygroes on 16 October (7pm-8pm) and 20 October (11am-12pm) and Bethesda on 16 and 18 October (4pm-5pm).
