New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Gwynedd’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Jolly's Coffee Ltd, at 14 Y Maes, Caernarfon, was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on 18 July 18.

And Norbar, at Gwesty Wayside, Llanaber, was given a score of one, also on 18 July.

It means that of Gwynedd's 502 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 441 (88 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
