A Tre’r Ddol man has been fined by magistrates for breaching a stalking protection order.
Stephen Smith, of Yr Hen Capel, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on 5 May.
The 54-year-old had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing in February to two charges of breaching a stalking order on 14 and 24 January this year.
Smith was fined a total of £400 by magistrates.
He must also pay £85 costs and a £160 surcharge to fund victim services.
