A Rhayader man will stand trial later this year after denying a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police.
Gareth Rowlands, of Cae Llwyn, Nantmel, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 24 April.
At a hearing last year, the 37-year-old denied failing to provide a specimen of breath in Aberystwyth on 31 August 2024.
Rowlands is now due to stand trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 27 August.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until that date.
