AN ABERYSTWYTH man has been fined and banned from entering the town’s Wetherspoons pub after pleading guilty to harassment.

Teifion Lewis, of 42 South Road, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 2 May.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to racially or religiously aggravated harassment on 1 February at Wetherspoons in Aberystwyth.

Magistrates fined Lewis £80 and banned him from entering the pub for 12 months. He must also pay £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
