A Penparcau man will stand trial later this year after appearing in court to deny a charge of assaulting a woman.
Steven Worrell, of 31 Third Avenue, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 15 July.
The 38-year-old pleaded not guilty to assaulting Charlie Rudd in Carmarthen on 12 July.
Worrell is due to stand trial on the charge at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 28 August.
He was remanded on conditional bail by magistrates until that trial date.
