A Pencader man has been found not guilty of assault and using threatening behaviour following a trial.

Robert Rees, of 106 Maescader, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court for trial on 9 December.
The 28-year-old had pleaded not guilty to assaulting Shayla Chalmers in Pencader on 26 October this year.
He has also denied a charge of using threatening or abusive behaviour on the same day towards Matthew Clarke.
Both charges were dismissed.
