A Newcastle Emlyn man has been handed more unpaid work hours after admitting breaching a community order.

Jack Lewis Wilkes, of Penboyr, Beulah Road, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 10 June.

The 26-year-old admitted breaching the order made by Llanelli magistrates last December by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on 17 March and 19 May.

Magistrates handed him an extra 50 hours of unpaid work on his existing community order.

He must also pay costs of £60.
