A Llanafan man has been banned from the road after admitting a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police.
Lewis Mahon, of Penybryn, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 24 April.
The 33-year-old had initially pleaded not guilty to failing to take a breath test in Aberystwyth on 23 March but changed his plea to guilty at the hearing.
Magistrates disqualified Mahon from driving for 14 months and fined him £150.
He must also pay £85 costs.
