A Penrhiwllan man must pay a total of more than £500 after being caught dropping litter in Caramarthen.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 9 August that Martin Robert Tucker, of Uwch y Cwerchyr, dropped litter in Carmarthen on 3 January this year.
The 28-year-old was not present at the hearing and the charge was proved in his absence.
Magistrates handed Tucker a fine of £220.
Tucker must also pay prosecution costs of £300 and a victim fund surcharge of £88.
