A BRONANT man has been fined by magistrates after being caught driving without wearing a seatbelt.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 17 April that Dilwyn Benjamin, of 3 Min Y Rhos, was stopped while driving a Ford Transit without wearing a seatbelt in Tregaron on 8 October last year.
The 67-year-old was fined £72.
He must also pay a surcharge of £28.
