A Borth man has admitted assaulting a woman in Aberystwyth.
Shaun Tooley, of Pant y Fedwen, Cambrian Terrace, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 26 June.
The 36-year-old had initially pleaded not guilty to assaulting Miriam Amer on Upper Queens Road on 29 April this year but changed his plea to guilty at the hearing.
The case was adjourned by magistrates until a planned hearing at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 22 August to tie up with other cases.
