An Adpar man has been found guilty of a charge of assault following a trial.

Llyr James, of Bryn Hafod, appeared for trial before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 8 October.
The 30-year-old had pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing to assaulting Llyr Davies on Cawdor Terrace in Newcastle Emlyn on 9 March this year.
James was found guilty.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
James will be sentenced at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 25 October.
