An Aberystwyth man must undergo alcohol treatment and take on unpaid work after admitting drug possession.

Harry Margolis, of 14 Queen’s Road, pleaded guilty to possession of 2.04 grams of herbal cannabis in Aberystwyth on 15 October last year when he appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates last week.

The 34-year-old was handed a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work, six months of alcohol treatment and rehabilitation activity days.

He must also pay costs to the prosecution of £85.
