Cllr Steffan Jones reported that he and Cllr Emrys Jones had carried out the inspections of bus shelters, cemeteries and play parks on behalf of the council.
They reported the public cemetery was very tidy apart from moles starting to appear there and the vice chairman agreed to contact John Barrott regarding this.
Also the ditch outside the cemetery needed cleaning and there was a need to repair two fencing posts.
Llanddwywe cemetery was tidy but a wall needed repairing and the vice chairman agreed to contact Arfon Pugh to ask him for an estimate to carry out this work. A sycamore tree needed cutting and the chairman agreed to deal with this matter and it was agreed to ask Gary Coates to cut back the hedge.

The clerk reported that she had made enquires to see if it would be possible to install a defibrillator in the BT kiosk in Talybont and that she had received a reply stating that Gwynedd Council had objected for the phone box in this kiosk be removed.
It was agreed it would be better to install it on the wall of the bus shelter and the chairman agreed to deal with this matter.
The clerk reported that she had received information from Cllr Steffan Chambers about how much the cost would be for a flag pole and a flag outside the primary school, and after a discussion it was agreed that this was a matter for the primary school and not the council and therefore to pass the information onto the school.
