House prices have increased slightly in Ceredigion in June.

The rise contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area grow by 3.1% over the last year.

The average house price in June was £248,881.

Over the last year, the average sale price of property in Ceredigion rose by £7,400.

First-time buyers in Ceredigion spent an average of £228,500 on their property – £8,800 more than 2023, and £59,500 more than in 2019.
