DO you recognise the people in this picture?

It was sent in by Cambrian News reader, Hugh Roberts, from Barmouth, and shows pupils of Bontddu primary school in 1960.

Mr Roberts has a few names, but would love to hear from readers who can fill in the blanks.

“The headmaster is Iorwerth Williams and the female teacher is Fanny Day,” he said.

The names he knows are as follows: Back row, left to right: Fanny Day, Michael Kay, Meirion Jones , ?, Gwynfor Jones, ?, David Idris Williams, Reyna Rushton, Eluned Roberts and Iorwerth Williams.

Centre: Robert Edwards, ?, Hilda Jones, Emyr Owen, Eryl Owen, Alun Owen, Rhiannon and Megan Rushton.

Front: ?, Hilda Roberts, Michael, ?, Phillip, Jesse Edwards, ? and Kenneth Roberts.
