New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Ceredigion’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

The Black Lion Hotel on Glanmor Terrace, New Quay was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on3 January.

And Heart of the Community Fridge, a takeaway at Aberporth Village Hall, was also given a score of five on 10 January.
