West Wales estate agent, Cardigan Bay Properties, has been recognised in two major industry awards.

The south Ceredigion based agency won Bronze in The Negotiator Awards for Wales, and was rated Excellent in Sales and one of the top estate agents in Wales in the Best Estate Agents Guide 2025.

The Best Estate Agents Guide was created to help sellers and landlords find the top agents in their area.

Each year the Guide is compiled following a rigorous assessment, which analyses more than 11,300 agents against the criteria that matter most to homeowners, including property marketing, customer service and results.
