ABERYSTWYTH RFC players and board members have been busy dropping off thank you food parcels to those that help the community throughout the year.

They visited a majority of the wards at Bronglais Hospital, police station, fire station, ambulance station, Penparcau food bank, Hafan y Waun and also donated £200 to the Home Cafe to help pay for Christmas dinners.
