Carol service

THE ANNUAL RNA carol service will be held at St Cynwyl’s Church on 14 December at 6.30pm.

Road closure

THE ROAD through the village by the Golden Dragon takeaway will be temporarily closed for highway works from 26 to 28 November.

Pensioners’ dinner

THE ANNUAL Christmas dinner for pensioners in the area will be held at the village hall on 2 December at 12.30pm. Attendance lists are available in local shops. Price is £2.50.

Co-opted councillor

ALAN Peggram has been co-opted onto Aberporth Community Council as a new councillor. FireworksORGANISERS of the recent fire-works display in the village were praised for a successful event by community councillors this week. Councillors have written a letter of thanks to the organisers. A bucket collection on the night raised over £3,000.
