The annual Barmouth Blue Lights Day organised by North Wales Police took place at the RNLI boathouse last Sunday morning.
There was much to enjoy for locals and tourists alike, with South Snowdonia Search and Rescue Team bringing along their Land Rover and the RNLI, HM Coastguard Barmouth and North Wales Police all having displays.
On show on the beach was the RNLI’s new Shannon-class lifeboat, the Ella Larsen.
The North Wales Police gazebo was a hive of activity, with guidance on computer safety and home security, and fraud advice.
There was also advice on 101 non-emergencies, road safety and children’s activity books in relation to ‘stranger danger’.
