POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two buses were deliberately set alight at a depot in Pwllheli.
A joint investigation has been launched by North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service after a double decker and a single decker bus were destroyed in the blaze, which is reported to have started just before 2.30am on Saturday, 16 July in the Glandon Garage on Caernarfon Road.
Insp Dewi Jones said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the Glandon Garage on Caernarfon Road between 1.30am and 2.30am on Saturday or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area.”
Anyone with information relating to the fire is asked to call PC100 Carwyn Tomos at Pwllheli Police Station on 101.
