A FIRE broke out at the former premises of a Llanrhystud coach company this morning.

The early-hours fire has ripped through one building, damaging two others at the site of the former Lewis’ Coaches depot in the village to the rear of the Black Lion pub.

Fire crews from Aberystwyth remained on the scene this morning after firefighters battled to get the blaze under control. Police are also in attendance.

It is not yet known what caused the blaze or the severity of the damage.
