A BARMOUTH man has been sent to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 after breaching a criminal behaviour order.

Peter Martin Collins of 1, Y Bryn, St Johns Hill breached the order when he was found drunk and incapable of looking after himself in a public place at Street Record, Station Road, Queensferry, Flintshire on 18 November.

The criminal behaviour order was handed to Mr Collins, 51, by Llandudno Magistrates Court on 10 November, and the same court sentenced him on 20 November.

Under the terms of the CBO, Peter Collins had been told that he must not use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place in England and Wales, or towards any person.

He was also told he must not get into such a state of drunkenness or drunken stupor that he is incapable of looking after himself.

He was not allowed to refuse to leave any shop or business premises in the county of Gwynedd when asked to do so by a member of staff.
