A Penparcau man has been handed a community order after admitting breaking a window and damaging a door.

David Murrell, of 21 Fifth Avenue, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 12 September.

The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to damaging a door and window belonging to Wales and West Housing in Penparcau on 18 July.

Murrell was handed a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and rehabilitation.

He must also pay £268.28 compensation, £82 costs and a £114 surcharge.
